- Terms available up to 5 years
- Amortization available up to 15 years in 5 year increments
- Application and credit check completed by external company
- Only pay administration fee if your application is approved
- Financing is available to any homeowner undertaking a project that will add value to their house
Renovation and New Home Warranty
12 month coverage:
Any defect in the materials and labour are covered. For multi-unit properties, the materials and labour for common areas are covered for 15 months.
24 month coverage:
Any defect in materials are covered, as well as labour supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning delivery and distribution systems. It also covers defects in materials and labour supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows, and doors.
Building Envelope Warranty - New Homes
5 year coverage:
Any defect in the building envelope of a new home, including a defect that causes unintended water penetration that holds potential to cause, or causes, material damage to a new home.
