At Interior Elite Contracting, we are all about people— we love to make our community happy, whether it is through beautiful home building and renovations or through positive customer service interactions! Here is a bit more about our own internal community of employees:
Born in Vancouver, Bryan has lived in the beautiful town of Kamloops since he was a child. A graduate of Thompson Rivers University, Bryan is a skilled Red Seal Carpenter at Elite Contracting, as well as a proud Skills Canada award winner.
Bryan is an owner and managing partner, project manager, and estimator at Elite Contracting — and if that seems like a lot of roles, consider the fact that he originally started the entire company out of the back of his truck, handling every aspect of his own! Bryan loves to work with clients to make their dreams a reality. When he is not building, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s camping, snowboarding, hunting, or fishing.
Bethany was born and raised in Kamloops, BC. Upon finishing high school, she chose to stay in the community that she shares such a strong connection with. As the Events Manager at Nature’s Fare Market for a decade, Beth has a strong vision for growth and is always excited to see projects reach their potential.
As an owner and Operations Manager at Elite Contracting, Beth manages the day to day operations of the company, from personnel issues to engaging with suppliers, contractors, and designers. Collaborating with these partners is definitely Bethany’s favourite part of her role — as a solutions oriented person, she loves ensuring all is in place for a successful outcome.
When not busy raising two young children, Beth keeps close contact with her extended family and friends, enjoys keeping active and works on her own personal projects.
A Kamloops native, James graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a diploma in computer systems operations and management. He also holds home building certificates. Outside of work, Devin loves spending time with his wife and two young children, playing floor hockey and participating in tabletop miniature gaming. Though he doesn’t get to utilize his skills often in the frigid waters of the Okanagan, Devin also enjoys scuba diving, having trained with the United States Marines at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA.
Growing up in Kamloops, BC, Mike is a Kam High alumnus. A trained Red Seal Carpenter, Mike works as a Project Manager for Interior Elite Contracting. He’s particularly passionate about working closely with crew members, problem solving, and building relationships with homeowners.

Shalena was born in Penticton and moved to Kamloops shortly after. She grew up around stock cars, drag boats, motorbikes and snowmobiles before her parents decided to slow things down and get heavily involved with Draft Horses and saddle horses. This new life involved sleigh rides at Lac le Jeune Resort, draft horse driving competitions, cart and halter classes. For 15 years their family and close friends planned and organized their own 7-10 day horse-drawn wagon and outrider trail rides as their summer holiday. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in General Biology from Thompson Rivers University.
Shalena handles the bookkeeping at Elite Contracting, numbers are her thing and she thrives in an organized environment. Paige recently started as receptionist with Interior Elite Contracting and loves being part of the team. She enjoys how comfortable it feels to work at Elite Contracting and loves that she gets to be part of an inclusive team where she can be herself.
