BRYAN YOUNG

Chief Executive Officer

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Bryan launched Interior Elite Contracting in 2014. A Red Seal Carpenter and certified home builder through BC Housing, he brought his vision of a company rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and high-quality work to life. His career spans everything from hands-on custom homebuilding to managing major renovation and commercial projects, and his early leadership laid the foundation for the company’s growth.

Today, Bryan leads strategic planning and project oversight while staying involved on the ground. As CEO, he supports the development of teams and ensures the company’s values are reflected in every build. He plays an active role in planning, hiring, client communication, and quality control across residential and commercial divisions.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys unplugging at the lake with his family—boating, relaxing, and making the most of BC’s natural beauty.

BETHANY

Chief Administrative Officer

Bethany co-founded Interior Elite Contracting in 2014 and has been the backbone of the company’s operational expansion ever since. With a background in business administration and project coordination, she helped grow the business from a small home renovation firm into a multi-division company offering full-scale construction and design services.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Beth leads strategic development, marketing, and internal systems. She oversees everything from team infrastructure to branding, and ensures the company’s systems and communication are streamlined and scalable. Her work touches every corner of the business, from HR to client engagement to software implementation.

When she’s not driving growth initiatives or system updates, Beth enjoys downtime with her family and their dog Nova at the lake.

JAMES DOBELL

Chief Operating Officer

James joined Interior Elite in 2017, bringing over a decade of financial and operational experience from both construction and the retail sector. With a diploma in Computer Science and past leadership at Nature’s Fare Markets, James is known for blending data-driven decisions with on-the-ground know-how to lead teams and improve infrastructure.

In his role as COO, James oversees financial planning, IT systems, and internal operations. He supports project managers, tracks budgets, and ensures systems are optimized for company growth. His goal is to streamline how the company functions while aligning with strategic priorities and building long-term sustainability.

Away from spreadsheets and systems, James enjoys time outdoors with his wife and two sons, especially biking, gardening, and lake days.

RANDY WILLIAMS

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL

Randy has over 15 years of leadership experience in operations and team development, including roles as Supervisor and Regional Operations Manager in the telecommunications sector. His ability to lead diverse teams and streamline systems made for a smooth transition into residential construction management.

Now leading the residential division at Interior Elite, Randy oversees all aspects of home builds from scheduling and budgeting to team mentorship and client relations. He ensures quality, safety, and efficiency across sites while guiding project managers and supporting company strategy.

When off the clock, Randy enjoys fishing, hiking, and snowboarding with his wife Carla and their two kids, Lainee and Jayden.

DEVIN UDSEN

PROJECT MANAGER

Originally born in Prince Rupert and a graduate of South Kamloops Secondary, Devin obtained a BA in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University before entering the construction industry.

With a decade of contracting experience in the flood and restoration sector, Devin progressed from technician to project manager, navigating various roles with finesse. His standout projects included leading the mitigation efforts for a major water loss at Cascades Casino, orchestrating a swift recovery despite a tight timeline and extensive damage. Also notable among his endeavors is a half million-dollar fire mitigation and repair project in Forest Grove, tackling intricate asbestos removals and rebuilding tasks in a challenging remote location. As project manager with Interior Elite Contracting, Devin brings his unique blend of knowledge and hands on skills and utilizes this experience to help clients realize their vision for their building and renovation projects.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing floor hockey and tabletop gaming, and occasionally indulging his passion for scuba diving honed during training with the United States Marines at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, CA.

NATHAN BUTLER

PROJECT MANAGER

Nathan is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the Kamloops construction industry, boasting over a decade of experience. After obtaining his Bachelor of Chemical Biology at Thompson Rivers University, he returned to the construction industry where he established his own successful renovation company, honing his skills and building a reputation for delivering top-notch projects.

With a combination of hands-on experience, project management expertise, and a passion for both physical and mental challenges, Nathan brings a unique and dynamic skill set to Interior Elite Contracting, ensuring the success and seamless execution of every project under his guidance as the newest project manager on the Elite team.

Beyond the construction site, Nathan is a force to be reckoned with in the world of powerlifting. His dedication and strength have earned him several gold medals, showcasing his commitment to excellence and discipline in every aspect of his life. When he is finally ready to relax and recharge, Nathan enjoys immersing himself in the tranquility of the outdoors, often accompanied by his loyal companion, Hercules, the German Shepherd.

BEN FULTON

PROJECT MANAGER

Ben began his career in construction straight out of high school, specializing in residential carpentry across remote and urban areas of northern British Columbia. Over the years, he built both custom and prefabricated homes, later shifting into high-end millwork and finishing carpentry. His hands-on experience and entrepreneurial background from running his own company give him a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship.

At Interior Elite, Ben manages large residential renovations and custom home builds, bringing a detail-oriented approach to project planning and site execution. He works closely with clients, trades, and team members to keep projects on time and aligned with design and budget goals.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys woodworking in his home shop, coaching little league, and spending time outdoors with his wife and four kids.

DANIEL ARMSTRONG

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Dan brings over 30 years of experience in construction, project management, and business development across Western Canada. His work spans residential, commercial, industrial, and civil sectors, including SIPs, modular systems, and renewable energy. He’s managed everything from $10,000 upgrades to $50 million multi-phase builds.

At Interior Elite, Dan leads the commercial division, managing large-scale projects from pre-construction to final delivery. He coordinates stakeholders, tracks costs and quality, and ensures all teams work efficiently and safely. His strategic thinking and deep understanding of building codes make him a critical asset.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and relaxing at the lake.

MIKE

COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR

Mike started his construction career over 15 years ago, gaining hands-on experience with a general contractor for 13 years. A Red Seal carpenter, he joined Interior Elite in 2020 as a lead hand and quickly proved his capabilities on custom homes, additions, and complex renovations.

Now serving as the company’s Commercial Estimator, Mike oversees cost estimation, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. His practical experience on-site informs his approach to estimating, and he plays a key role in pricing, planning, and supporting the commercial team’s growth. He’s particularly passionate about working closely with crew members, problem solving, and building relationships with homeowners.

Offsite, Mike enjoys slow-pitch softball, golf, snowboarding, and spending time with his son, especially through gaming and outdoor adventures.

KEVIN

SENIOR DESIGNER

Kevin brings over 10 years of drafting and design experience across residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects. Originally from Ontario, he has worked on custom homes, hotels, and timber-frame buildings, and has training in project management and estimating that enhances his design work.

As Senior Drafter at Interior Elite, Kevin creates technical plans and code-compliant drawings that support successful project execution. His designs prioritize function, regulatory alignment, and efficiency, helping ensure builds stay on schedule and budget.

When he’s not drafting, Kevin enjoys a quiet mountain lifestyle with his wife Judy, often spending time lakeside or exploring nature.

AMANDA RICHARDSON HILL, DID LEED

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Amanda has worked in the design industry since 2014, holding diplomas in Interior Design and specializing in 3D modeling, shop drawings, and full construction documentation. Her background includes project management and coordination roles, and her work has earned her multiple Gold and Silver Keystone Awards.

At Interior Elite, Amanda leads the design team and plays a central role in both residential and commercial projects. She ensures interiors are both functional and beautiful, drawing on her experience with high-profile builds like luxury homes and major commercial spaces.

Amanda enjoys all things design, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her two pomskys. She’s passionate about her craft and always excited to take on the next creative challenge.

SHENISE LUTZ

INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER

Shenise is a technical designer with a background in drafting and 3D visualization. A graduate of The Centre for Arts and Technology, she’s worked across both residential and commercial projects, specializing in turning creative concepts into precise, buildable plans.

At Interior Elite, Shenise plays a key role in translating design ideas into construction-ready documentation. She supports the design and project management teams with detailed drawings, models, and coordination support to ensure a smooth build process.

Outside the office, Shenise enjoys photography, reading, and relaxing with a good video game.

SIOBHANN RICHMOND-JUSTICE

SAFETY OFFICER & QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Siobhann holds a B.Sc. in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology and has extensive experience in safety management across commercial construction and agriculture. She also holds certifications as a National Construction Safety Officer and Health and Safety Trainer.

At Interior Elite, Siobhann leads the development and enforcement of safety programs, quality control systems, and compliance initiatives. She manages audits, training, and reporting while advising leadership on continuous improvement strategies that align with regulatory changes.

Siobhann enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring the Kamloops outdoors with her dog.

MONIKA HOLST

EXCECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Monika brings over 30 years of administrative and executive support experience from the corporate, real estate, and governance sectors. Her expertise includes client relations, transaction management, and high-level coordination, making her a trusted member of any leadership team.

At Interior Elite, Monika manages calendars, time-sensitive projects, and administrative workflows for the owners. Her attention to detail, discretion, and ability to prioritize make her an essential support across all company operations.

Outside the office, Monika enjoys golf, pickleball, hiking, and traveling with her daughter.

SKYELA BRUCE

PROJECT ASSISTANT & SELECTIONS COORDINATOR

Skyela started working at a young age and built her skills through a variety of customer service and trades-related roles. After time at RBC Bank in a leadership role, she joined Interior Elite in 2023, where she quickly moved from receptionist to her current position.

As Project Assistant & Selections Coordinator, she now manages selections and coordination between clients, vendors, and project teams. By managing the process from initial stages to completion, she facilitates a seamless experience that ensures projects remain on schedule and that selections align precisely with the client’s vision and project requirements.

Outside of work, Skyela enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephews.

MANDY SPENCER

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Mandy brings administrative and project coordination experience from multiple roles in construction. With a strong grasp of communication and tender processes, she plays a vital role in supporting the residential division at Interior Elite.

She manages subcontractor tenders, client communication, documentation, and scheduling support. Mandy helps project managers stay organized and ensures that quotes, permits, and contracts move efficiently through the pipeline.

In her free time, Mandy enjoys hunting, fishing, dirt biking, and relaxing with her partner Clinton and their dog Bandit.

TRACIE AMY

OFFICE MANAGER

Tracie joined Interior Elite in 2020, bringing over a decade of experience from her administrative leadership role at Nature’s Fare Markets. There, she managed employee training, payroll, scheduling, and internal operations. Her strong background in human resources and finance made her a perfect fit to lead back-office operations in a growing construction environment.

As Office Manager, Tracie oversees HR, payroll, accounting, and employee onboarding. She manages internal systems, supports the executive team, and ensures the company’s administrative and financial operations stay organized and efficient. Her calm leadership and deep organizational knowledge keep daily operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Tracie enjoys traveling, attending NFL games, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

SHALENA RIES

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Born in Penticton and raised in Kamloops, Shalena grew up surrounded by the roar of stock cars, drag boats, motorbikes, and snowmobiles—until her family shifted gears and embraced a quieter, more grounded life with draft and saddle horses. From sleigh rides at Lac le Jeune Resort to halter classes and driving competitions, she spent over 15 years helping plan and participate in 7–10 day horse-drawn wagon and outrider trail rides, building a strong sense of community, planning, and commitment.

Shalena holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in General Biology from Thompson Rivers University. Her attention to detail and analytical mindset now serve her well in her role at Interior Elite Contracting, where she oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable. She plays a key part in keeping financial operations running smoothly and supports both the office and field teams with accuracy and reliability.

Outside of work, Shalena enjoys the outdoors and remains closely connected to her roots in horsemanship and rural BC life. Her blend of life experience and technical expertise brings steady value to the Interior Elite team.

CAROLINA CURTI

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

With over a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, Carolina brings a deep understanding of how to build trust, tell compelling stories, and connect with people. Originally from Argentina and now based in Kamloops, her career spans real estate, education, non-profits, and the food and beverage industry. Along the way, she earned her WSET Level 1 in Wines and Serving It Right certification—skills that reflect her passion for learning and connecting across industries.

At Interior Elite Contracting, Carolina leads all marketing efforts, from digital content and social media to community events and brand partnerships. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s voice, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the brand stays true to its values—honest, capable, and community-focused. Her work supports both residential and commercial divisions, helping the business grow with intention.

Outside of work, Carolina coaches field hockey for the Women’s Masters Field Hockey Canada Team and enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

DANIELLE ROCHE

RECEPTIONIST

Danielle brings a unique blend of education and people skills to her role, holding a psychology degree and previous experience in youth development and healthcare settings. She’s worked as a volleyball coach and helped launch a youth center, where her communication skills and energy stood out.

At Interior Elite, Danielle is the first point of contact for clients and guests, managing the front desk, showroom, and supporting the AR/AP teams with admin tasks. She keeps the office organized, schedules meetings, and ensures client interactions are smooth and professional.

Outside the office, Danielle loves to travel, play sports, and is working toward her goal of becoming a sports psychologist.

BRIAN

WAREHOUSE MANAGER / DELIVERY DRIVER

Born in Vancouver, Brian was adopted at a young age by a loving family in Whitehorse. His formative years at Logan Lake Elementary and Senior Secondary paved the way for a diverse educational journey, culminating in a collection of degrees and certifications from Thompson Rivers University and the Justice Institute of BC. Despite his academic achievements, Brian treasures the relationships he’s cultivated with amazing people above all else.

As the seasoned Warehouse Manager at Interior Elite Contracting, Brian brings over 30 years of managerial expertise across various industries. From overseeing multimillion-dollar agricultural facilities to managing bustling health food stores, his leadership ensures tasks are executed safely and up to the company’s high standards. Certified as a Level 3 First Aider, Brian’s unwavering commitment to safety reflects the company’s values, earning him respect among colleagues and subcontractors.

When not maintaining site safety and supporting crews, Brian enjoys running intense battles of Dungeons and Dragons for several of his colleagues and friends. His genuine interactions with coworkers and clients are the highlights of his day. Off duty, Brian finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones and his beloved pet, embracing life’s simple pleasures.
