Pre-construction is where you will work with your designers to create a design and representation for you to better visualize your building. Before construction, we make sure to do appropriate tests and measures first, then hop right into it. Our project managers will make sure your build is going smoothly. Then, all that’s left is post-project wrap-up. Here, we will install doors and windows and put in the finishes.
Commercial Renovation – Whether you are looking for tenant improvements or a space renovation, we can help. Much like commercial construction, we will plan and design in the first phase. Our in-house drafter and interior designers work together to bring your design to life. Communication is frequent and clear, no matter how small the project. During construction, we focus on doing quality work while keeping distractions to the businesses around us to a minimum. At the end, we will walk you through your space and make sure everything is up to your standards.
