Chief Executive Officer

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Bryan launched Interior Elite Contracting in 2014. A Red Seal Carpenter and certified home builder through BC Housing, he brought his vision of a company rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and high-quality work to life. His career spans everything from hands-on custom homebuilding to managing major renovation and commercial projects, and his early leadership laid the foundation for the company’s growth.

Today, Bryan leads strategic planning and project oversight while staying involved on the ground. As CEO, he supports the development of teams and ensures the company’s values are reflected in every build. He plays an active role in planning, hiring, client communication, and quality control across residential and commercial divisions.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys unplugging at the lake with his family—boating, relaxing, and making the most of BC’s natural beauty.

BETHANY

As Chief Administrative Officer, Beth leads strategic development, marketing, and internal systems. She oversees everything from team infrastructure to branding, and ensures the company’s systems and communication are streamlined and scalable. Her work touches every corner of the business, from HR to client engagement to software implementation.

When she’s not driving growth initiatives or system updates, Beth enjoys downtime with her family and their dog Nova at the lake.
